jessica-sanchez-glee-american-idol-gi.jpg Jessica Sanchez must be good at keeping secrets, because when Zap2it caught up with the "American Idol" Season 11 runner-up at rehearsal for the "Idol" summer tour, she remained entirely mum about the possibility that she could appear on "Glee" during Season 4.

While her current gigs are sprung on her last-minute -- "They're like, hey, you're going to the NBA finals in Oklahoma tomorrow, get ready," she tells Zap2it -- this next one is could help shape the rest of the 16-year-old's very busy 2012.

According to TVLine, Sanchez is in talks with Ryan Murphy and co. at "Glee" for a multi-episode guest role that would begin in the middle of Season 4. Sanchez will be on the road with the "Idol" tour until September, all the while working on her album, and would film her episodes of "Glee" once that's wrapped up.

Sanchez was definitely an "Idol" favorite -- the judges saved her during Top 7 week and she wound up making it to the finals at the Nokia Theater in May -- so it's not surprising that she's being courted left and right. But as we've learned from many a "Glee" casting rumor (Gloria Estefan, Charice), you can't really trust any reports about someone's importance on the show until you see it on the screen.

What do you think about Sanchez potentially heading to "Glee"?
