good-wife-michael-j-fox-tr-knight.jpgAnd the hits just keep on coming for "The Good Wife" -- the hit guest stars, that is. This season is already chock full of big names signed on to appear: Brian Dennehy, Amanda Peet, Carrie Preston, Christina Ricci, Stockard Channing and Annabella Sciorra are forthcoming, while Nathan Lane, Miriam Shor and Kristin Chenoweth (briefly) have already graced the screen.

Now TV Line reports that Michael J. Fox is returning and EW says "Grey's Anatomy" alum T.R. Knight has been cast in a guest role.

Fox plays Louis Canning in "The Good Wife"-verse, the devious opposing attorney whose firm stole Lockhart/Gardner's biggest client last year. He'll be seen in an episode in January 2013. Fingers crossed his partner in crime Patti Nyholm (Martha Plimpton) makes an appearance as well.

Meanwhile, Knight has been cast as a political operative set to appear in one forthcoming episode. Not many other details are known, but "The Good Wife" is notorious for getting guest stars to re-appear, so perhaps one episode won't be all for Knight.

And we're still lighting a candle that Matthew Perry can jet away from the "Go On" set long enough to film some episodes as Peter Florrick's gubernatorial opponent Mike Kresteva.

"The Good Wife" airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
