"Graceland" stars Daniel Sunjata and Serinda Swan will host a 10-hour long "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" as part of a "End Human Trafficking" campaign on Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. ET on USA.

The USA Network is teaming up with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and Polaris -- an organization fighting to eradicate modern slavery -- "to provide viewers with information about human trafficking and resources to help victims during the full day marathon." There will also be a social media component to provide people with more information and spur greater action.

The marathon will precede the conclusion of a seven-episode arc on "Graceland" about a sex trafficking organization. The new episode will feature a new PSA from Sunjata and Swan encouraging viewers to donate to the UNODC fund for victims of human trafficking.

The stars also recently helped raise awareness for the first ever United Nations World Day against Human Trafficking. They made a web video featuring other USA stars including "Covert Affairs" regulars Piper Perabo and Kari Matchett, Sarah Rafferty ( "Suits") and fellow "Graceland" star Erik Valdez.

The climactic episode of "Graceland" airs Aug. 20 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on USA.
