guardian-of-the-galaxy-post-credits-character.jpgUnless you're a movie-going amateur, you know that Marvel movies famously tack on another scene to each release following the end credits. While they're frequently spoiled pre-release, "Guardians of the Galaxy" didn't show the extra teaser until the first official showings on Thursday (July 31).

If you've seen it, you know that the clip contains a character very important to the Marvel universe. (This is the point at which, if you haven't seen the film, you bookmark it and come back once you've watched the whole thing -- including the post-credits teaser.)

You've seen it, right? This is your last warning.

Okay: The scene at the end features Howard the Duck, a comic book character created in 1973 and captured famously (or infamously) in the 1986 live-action film "Howard the Duck." The superpower-less (albeit martial arts-trained) duck is found in the now-destroyed lair of Benicio del Toro's Collector.

While Marvel hadn't officially announced who voiced the character in the short scene, Nerdist reports that it's none other than Seth Green. Will the "Robot Chicken" creator reprise the character in another Marvel film? That's all up to speculation right now.

Now that you know who it is, are you going back to watch the movie again?
