A custody dispute between "Extant" star Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry that began in 2012 over their six-year-old daughter has come to an end. A judge has approved a settlement between the two that will cost Berry quite a bit of money.
The Associated Press reports that Berry will pay Aubry $300,000 to cover his legal fees from the dispute, plus $16,000 a month in child support. Additionally, Aubry will receive a retroactive child support payment of $150,000.
Other stipulations of the settlement include splitting of medical care costs for their daughter, while Berry will be responsible for her tuition fees. Berry has another child, an eight-month-old son, with husband Olivier Martinez.
