Hallmark Countdown to Christmas Nov. 27: Cameron Mathison double feature

window-wonderland-christmas-ornament-hallmark.jpg It's that time of year -- the radio stations are switching to Christmas music and the television channels are whipping out old and new holiday specials, concerts, movies and other fun treats. The Hallmark Channel is no exception, showing 'round-the-clock Christmas movies and specials until Dec. 25 -- less than a month away!

The ones on tap for Wednesday, Nov. 27 include:


"The Three Gifts" (2 p.m.): Three orphaned boys temporarily stay with a couple during the holidays, starring Dean Cain and Reginald Veljohnson ("Family Matters," "Die Hard"). Yes.

"Catch a Christmas Star" (4 p.m.): A widower reconnects with his high school sweetheart, one of the country's biggest pop stars, with help from his two children. And it stars Shannon Elizabeth ("American Pie") as said country pop star. Wow.

"Christmas Magic" (6 p.m.): To gain entry to heaven, a woman must help a man and his young daughter. This one wins a special prize for starring not a single person we have ever heard of.

"Window Wonderland" (8 p.m.): Naomi Judd, soap star Cameron Mathison and "Grey's Anatomy" Chyler Leigh star in this one, about two department store employees with secrets vie for the coveted window dressing job for the height of the Christmas shopping season. As the competition heats up, the two realize they have more in common than they thought.

"The Christmas Ornament" (10 p.m.): It's a Cameron Mathison double feature. This one also stars "Life Goes On's" Kellie Martin and Jewel Staite. Martin is Kathy, a woman trying get over losing her husband. Until she receives an ornament from a handsome shop owner. To move on from her loss, Kathy works for a balance between her memories and finding a future
