'Harry Potter' star Rupert Grint to make his stage debut
Ron Weasley's going gangster -- yes, you read that right.
"Harry Potter's" famous ginger Rupert Grint is set to make his stage debut in London's West End revival of Jez Butterworth's "Mojo" later this year, Variety reports.
The actor who is best known as the best friend to the Boy Who Lived is taking on a much grittier role than his previous teen wizard. Grint will play a pill-popping gangster -- and we're guessing his character won't be waving any magic wands, either. What would Hermione say if she saw her husband now?
"Mojo" will be directed by Ian Rickson and also stars Ben Whishaw, Daniel Mays and "Downton Abbey" star Brendan Coyle.
Previews for the show will take place at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London beginning in October.
