'Harry's Law' defends Erica Durance: 'I feel incredibly lucky'

erica-durance-s-wonder-woman-gets-into-action-in-harry-s-law.jpgWe can't wait for "Smallville" star Erica Durance to drop by "Harry's Law" on Wednesday night -- particularly given the outfit she'll be wearing.

Yes, Lois Lane is putting on the Wonder Woman costume (specifically the one from "Harry's Law" EP David E. Kelley's failed NBC pilot). Durance plays Annie, a delusional vigilante who genuinely believes she is Wonder Woman, as she seeks revenge on domestic violence offenders. When she needs a lawyer (for good reason), she turns to Adam ( Nate Corddry), an old friend, for help.

"I have to say I feel incredibly lucky to play Lois Lane for seven years and then jump right into this character of Annie-slash-Wonder Woman," Durance says in this first-look EPK. And yes -- she's putting on the outfit. "I knew it was David E. Kelly, so I thought, okay he's a going to figure out a really interesting way to make this happen and bring this into a legal drama."

"Listen, this is one of the perks of the job," Corddry jokes. "I get to come to work, and I get to see Erica Durance in a Wonder Woman outfit. So it's hard for me to ever complain."

"Just to be a part of something that is so many creative geniuses is such a pleasure," Durance adds.

Tune in Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
