'Hawaii Five-0' lands Greg Grunberg, Meredith Monroe as guest stars

Greg Grunberg will join his former "Heroes" co-star Masi Oka (who's now a regular) in an episode, and separately, Meredith Monroe ("Dawson's Creek") will play a perp/victim in another episode.

Grunberg and Monroe join a roster of guest stars/recurring actors that also includes Terry O'Quinn, Tom Sizemore, Autumn Reeser and "NCIS: Los Angeles" star Daniela Ruah, who's doing a crossover episode.

Grunberg will play an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who works with Five-0 when a fellow agent is killed, TVLine reports. Executive producer Peter Lenkov tells the site that Grunberg will have a scene with Oka's quirky coroner, Max, to close the "Heroes" circle.

Grunberg's character is based in Hawaii and will know of Five-0 but will only have direct experience working with Lori Weston (new cast member Lauren German), a former Homeland Security officer.

As for Monroe, EW reports she'll guest-star as a woman who skips out with some of her rich husband's money, only to be kidnapped by a criminal who also has claim to the husband's cash. In addition to her two seasons on "Dawson's Creek," Monroe has also had a recurring part on "Criminal Minds" in recent seasons.
