'Hawaii Five-0': 'Parenthood's' Craig T. Nelson stirs up trouble on the island

craig-t-nelson-hawaii-five-0-gi.jpg "Hawaii Five-0" has lined up a bunch of guest stars for May sweeps -- including one that could make some trouble for the McGarrett family.

Zap2it has learned excusively that "Parenthood" star Craig T. Nelson will play a "power-hungry" former CIA agent in an episode of the CBS series set to air in May. Separately, Oscar nominee Mare Winningham, Henry Rollins and Don Swayze will appear in an episode centered on a string of child abductions.

Nelson's character is suspected of some shady dealings while with the CIA, and he has information that could harm both current and former operatives with the agency. That does not sound like good news for Doris McGarrett ( Christine Lahti), who still hasn't really come clean about her past with the agency.

In the other episode, Rollins ("Sons of Anarchy") will play a "vicious" man who has abducted several children and holds them in his home. Winningham, late of "Hatfields & McCoys," is his wife, who tries to make the kids feel comfortable but doesn't seem to be aware of how terrified they are.

Swayze ("True Blood," "Carnivale") will play a possible suspect in the abduction of a young girl, but after Steve ( Alex O'Loughlin) and Danny ( Scott Caan) question him they discover he's innocent.

"Hawaii Five-0" returns with new episodes on CBS on April 15.
