Health care bill passed in House; GOP member reportedly yells 'baby killer' at Bart Stupak

health-care-reform-vote.jpgThe U.S. House of Representatives passed the Senate health care bill Sunday, March 21 by a vote of 219 to 212. All 178 Republicans opposed the bill, along with 34 Democrats. The entire debate has been heated and the vote Sunday, March 21 was no exception.

According to CNN, an unidentified GOP member yelled out "baby killer" at Senator Stupak from Michigan, as he changed his vote from no to yes on the bill following assurances from President Obama that there will be stringent restrictions on federal funding for abortion.
