The Hollywood Hills home was purchased by Ledger from DeGeneres in 2005 for just over $2 million. Ledger and Michelle Williams lived there until their split in 2007. After Ledger's death in January 2008, it was sold for $2.5 million and has since been on and off the real estate market.

The most recent listing had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at $2.995 million, but there is no word as to what Hutcherson paid for the property. The home is only 1,861 square feet of indoor living space, but does boast over 2,000 square feet of outdoor areas, including a deck with a movie projector and screen (pictured below).
