Hillary Clinton joins Twitter, calls herself 'hair icon, pantsuit aficionado'

Hillary Clinton has joined the 2000s and set up a Twitter profile. The former Secretary of State has so far posted just one tweet and followed four people, but that hasn't stopped her from garnering more than 100,000 followers in just a few hours.

Clinton's bio combines facts, humor, and perhaps a hint at a 2016 run for the presidency? Her profile reads:

"Wife, mom, lawyer, women & kids advocate, FLOAR, FLOTUS, US Senator, SecState, author, dog owner, hair icon, pantsuit aficionado, glass ceiling cracker, TBD... "

"TBD," huh?

Hopefully someone will soon show Mrs. Clinton how Twitter works, because at the time of this post she was only following accounts of people and organizations she presumably already has communication with every day, including her daughter Chelsea Clinton, her husband, former President Bill Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Clinton's first tweet, in which she thanks the folks who inspired her to join the microblogging site. In a nod to the short-lived meme-themed Tumblr, "Texts from Hillary," the one time First Lady hashtagged her tweet, "#tweetsfromhillary."
