Will Hoda Kotb be trading her role on "Today" for "The View"? A new report reveals conflicting stances on the matter, but it seems like ABC could be courting her away from NBC.

According to The New York Post, "The View" is "very interest" in having Kotb replace Joy Behar, who is leaving the morning talk show after 16 years. "Hoda addresses several of their needs. She has news experience, which is something 'The View' has not had since Meredith Vieira left. She also adds some diversity to the panel," a source for the outlet says.

However, an ABC representative tells the site, "There's absolutely zero truth to this whatsoever." Another insider says, "Hoda loves her job at 'Today' and she's very happy laughing and scratching with Kathie Lee [Gifford] every day."

So which is it? For now, we'll say it seems likely that Kotb will stay on "Today." But with the panel of women on "The View" changing dramatically this year -- Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck are out, Jenny McCarthy is in -- nothing seems off the table.
