bob-odenkirk-himym-gi.jpg Bob Odenkirk is headed back to "How I Met Your Mother" to give Barney some legal advice.

The "Breaking Bad" actor will reprise his role as Arthur Hobbs, Barney's ( Neil Patrick Harris) GNB superior, in the second episode of "HIMYM's" upcoming season, TVLine reports. The episode finds Barney negotiating a pre-nuptial agreement with Quinn ( Becki Newton), and Arthur gives him some tips on the matter.

Odenkirk has appeared in seven "HIMYM" episodes to date, most recently near the end of Season 6.

Other casting news:

- Rachel Dratch will reunite with her former "Saturday Night Live" co-star Maya Rudolph on an episode of "Up All Night" this fall, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Dratch will play an avid fan of Ava's (Rudolph) who is beside herself with joy when she receives some trinkets from Ava's show.

- ABC's "Suburgatory" (which, incidentally, will also feature Dratch this season) has cast H. Jon Benjamin ("Archer," "Bob's Burgers") as a life coach whom Dallas ( Cheryl Hines) hires in an early-season episode. TVLine notes the character's name is Tabitha, and he's "unconventional" -- so much so that he tags along when Dallas and George ( Jeremy Sisto) go on a date.
