Alysia Reiner will be moving from prison to the courtroom when she joins the "How to Get Away with Murder" this fall according to The Hollywood Reporter

Reiner previously played executive assistant to the warden at Litchfield Penitentiary on "Orange is the New Black". After her character was dismissed at the end of last season, Reiner will now be going head to head with Viola Davis' Annalise in the ABC legal drama about a mysterious defense attorney grooming her new proteges from her law school class, which she cheekily calls "How to Get Away with Murder."

Reiner will be a recurring figure in the series as Annalise's students get embroiled in a murder case that will impact their entire university and potentially change the course of their lives. "How to Get Away with Murder" was created by Pete Nowalk and has Shonda Rhimes on board as executive producer.

"How to Get Away with Murder" premieres on Thursday, September 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, following Shonda's two other heavy hitters, "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal"
