Howard Stern has finished his house-hunting for now -- the radio celebrity and "America's Got Talent" judge has just purchased a $52 million mansion in Florida

According to the Palm Beach Daily News, Stern's purchase was part of a private sale by the home's former owners, Martin and Diane Trust. The house, located at 601 North County Road in Palm Beach, Florida, doesn't just have excellent access to the beach -- although it does have that. In total, Stern has purchased 3.25 acres of land with 40,000 square feet of living space. This consists of a five-bedroom, 11-bath, 18,673-square-foot main house, a smaller structure, a pool (facing the beach) and formal gardens (as reported by Trulia Luxe Living)

It's not like Stern can't afford the new place. In addition to his normal incomes from radio and television, the shock-jock just signed a SiriusXM radio deal worth half a billion dollars. This marks the third home for Stern and his wife, Beth Ostrosky. Their other two are an apartment in Manhattan and a mansion in the Hamptons.

Although this is the highest real-estate deal of the year thus far in Palm Beach, there is another piece of property in the area listed at $74 million. Stern's new neighbors include Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter. Those should be some impressive block parties.
