Hulk Hogan refiles lawsuit against Gawker over sex tape

The Hulkster first filed in federal court, but dismissed that suit without prejudice in December 2012. Now he has refiled the lawsuit in Florida state court, reports TMZ.

The reason for hte change is to consolidate his legal claims, which will mean less paperwork and attorney's fees, his lawyer tells TMZ. Hogan is also suing his sex tape partner Heather Clem (above, left) in Florida state court, claiming she played a role in leaking the sex tape to the media outlet.

Hogan is pursuing $100 million in damages from Gawker for posting a 60-second clip of him having sex with Clem, which was recorded more than six years ago. Clem is the wife of Hogan's friend Bubba the Love Sponge (above, right), whom Hogan also sued, but who settled with the Hulkster outside of court.
