'Late Late Show' host James Corden: 'Gavin and Stacey,' 'Doctor Who' and more past workAdd to Favorites | The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson
Corden can currently be seen in U.S. theaters as Keira Knightley's New York bestie in the quiet indie musical "Begin Again."
The actor, who costars in Disney's star-studded "Into the Woods" adaptation, can also currently be seen in the teaser trailer for the upcoming musical, though how you can have no singing in the trailer for a musical is still a mystery.
Anglophiles will recognize Corden as one half of the brains behind delightful British rom com series "Gavin and Stacey." Corden and cowriter Ruth Jones play the crazy, outspoken BFFs of the titular couple, and discuss the genesis of their show in a clip below. Corden also appeared in a notable episode of "Doctor Who," "The Lodger."
Theater fans will recognize Corden from the "History Boys" film (and the West End production and the Broadway production). He won a Tony in 2012 for the Broadway production of the play "One Man, Two Guvnors," which also transferred from London.
In 2013, Corden wrote and starred in the action-comedy thriller "The Wrong Mans" for BBC Two and Hulu.
Current "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson isn't scheduled to depart until the end of 2014, so if you're not up on Corden's work, you have six months to catch up.
