Fresh off the critical acclaim for "127 Hours," the newly announced Oscar awards host  James Franco's episode of Bravo's "Inside the Actor's Studio" premieres Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 8 pm ET.

It was the hottest ticket in town. According to TMZ, hundreds of industry folks and a record 250 paying customers had to be turned away from the sold out taping at New York's Pace University.

The lucky people who actually did score a ticket got to watch the actor talk about his prolific film career, including "127 Hours," "Pineapple Express" and "Milk."

Then there were the Franco groupies, who screamed throughout the event. At one point the screams got so loud, host James Lipton reportedly stopped the interview, saying "17 years filming this show and I've never heard a sound like that before."

You'll be glad to hear that the fame hasn't gone to Franco's head. Apparently, he stayed for an hour-and-a-half after the taping to speak with his fans. Okay, you can swoon now.
