Jason Biggs defends wife Jenny Mollen and hooker birthday gift on 'The View'

jason-biggs-the-view.jpg "Orange Is The New Black" star Jason Biggs and his wife, actress Jenny Mollen, are definitely not a boring married couple.

In an appearance on "The View" this week to promote her new memoir "I Like You Just The Way I Am," Mollen described a portion of her book where she talks about hiring a hooker for a threesome as a birthday present for Biggs.

Guest co-host Candace Cameron Bure was visibly uncomfortable, and Mollen documented some of Bure's best reaction shots on her Instagram.

"I have a hard time finding the humor in that, as a woman who has been married for 18 years," said Bure.

Friday (June 20) the birthday boy himself appeared on the program to defend his wife and clear up exactly what happened during his big celebration.

"We are very open people, we are real people. My wife is amazing. This is not a habitual thing on our part. We don't have a group of prostitutes who come in and out of our house on a regular basis," Biggs says.

Biggs even says getting a hooker on your birthday isn't all its cracked up to be, "I didn't have a good time in the end. It took three ladies over the course of three different days. Let's just say I didn't complete the mission. My wife found the whole thing to be quite hysterical even while it was happening. She was actually on the bed, watching, eating a bag of chips, laughing."

Biggs tries his best to make light of the disdain Bure had for his wife's story, saying, "Candace, I love her, but she was asking for more details. I think she just wanted us to demonstrate with her."
