Jay Z and Beyonce attend Trayvon Martin rally in NYC

The superstar couple were somber at the rally and clearly didn't want the attention to turn to them, allowing, Martin's mother Sabrina Fulton to be the focus of the event, instead. Speaking at the event, Fulton said, " George Zimmerman started the fight and George ZImmerman ended the fight. My son died without even knowing who his killer was ... Today it was my son. Tomorrow it might be yours."

This isn't the first time either Beyonce or Jay Z have shown support for Martin. At the Toronto stop on his Legends of Summer tour, Hova and Justin Timberlake dedicated the rapper's "Young Forever" to the slain teenager. After Zimmerman was found not guilty, Beyonce held a moment of silence for Martin during her own show, before segueing into the chorus of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" and her own hit, "Halo."
