Jenelle Evans divorce? Pregnant 'Teen Mom' star files assault charges against Courtland Rogers
All is not well in the life of Jenelle Evans. The "Teen Mom" star is facing divorce and a possible miscarriage, and has filed assault charges against her husband Courtland Rogers. Evans revealed most of the news herself in a Twitter rant where she railed against Rogers.
"I am getting a divorce, ASAP," she tweeted. "YOU F**KING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! F**K U, U F**KING PIECE OF SH*T."
Evans and Rogers married on Dec. 4 and announced on Jan. 16 that she was pregnant with his child -- though there one Twitter divorce claim in the meantime. Tweets from her friend Kristin Raeon claim that Evans is currently in the hospital, while Evans says women have been contacting her to let her know Rogers was unfaithful.
It seems as though a physical fight could have been what set off this tirade from Evans. E! Online has heard from Evans' attorney Dustin R.T. Sullivan, who says that "she has taken charges out on Courtland Rogers, her husband. The charges are assault on a female with an unborn child. She made the charges today."
That aligns with a tweet Evans posted, saying, "It's sad when yr son asks u why someone hurt u... Wtf do u say OMG."
The most recent assault allegation reportedly took place on Jan. 21. Sullivan didn't comment on Evans' miscarriage claims. For his part, Rogers has spent the day tweeting in his own defense and claiming he didn't cheat on his new wife.
"I never did anything to hurt my wife I always loved her with every ounce of my heart :( I can't take life like this !" Rogers tweeted, later adding, "She has put me threw hell and back and I ALWAYS been the best man I could for her I am devastated and my whole family knows I didn't do that."
