Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli's marriage might be over, but the pair is still making money together. The former couple sold their home in Toluca Lake for $2 million less than its original asking price, but still earned a hefty $3.99 million off the sale.

They didn't sell the estate to just anyone, either. "The Big Bang Theory" co-creator and executive producer Bill Prady purchased the home, which is incredibly close (by Los Angeles standards) to Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Calif.

The home was designed by famed architect Paul Williams. Built in 1937, the six-bedroom mansion also has a pool and playground. Seems like Prady made out pretty well in this situation.

Though Facinelli filed for divorce from Garth in March 2012, the pair only finalized their split in June 2013. The amicable separation was resolved with them agreeing to share custody of their three daughters and Garth declining spousal support.
