Jennie Garth weight loss secrets revealed: Exercise and priorities
Jennie Garth's weight loss journey has been impressive. Not only did she lose 30 pounds in 2012, but she's also managed to keep it off as she headed in 2013. Her secret? Making sure she maintains a healthy lifestyle.
"Maintenance is definitely challenging. It's something you have to do daily," Garth tells People, ironically speaking at a charity event sponsored by Lindt chocolate. "You have to remind yourself what your priorities are and remind yourself about staying healthy and living a healthy life."
Obviously there's a bit more to it than that. Garth's diet is gluten-free, and she makes sure she exercises daily.
"Every day, I try to schedule something in, whether it's hiking with my dog or jogging or going to the gym," she says. "Those are the things I'm focused on right now."
