The "American Idol" judge is also producing a series called "¡Q'Viva! The Chosen" with ex-husband Marc Anthony. The show has just landed its first broadcast deals, including one on Univision, the top-rated Spanish-language network in the United States.

Mexico's Televisa and Colombia's Caracol have also picked up the show, which will air simultaneously in 21 countries across the Americas.

Lopez and Anthony are shooting the show from now through January, searching out undiscovered singers, musicians and other performers to bring into the spotlight. The show is being shot in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

"Very soon the world's heart will beat to the tune of Latin rhythms, and we're looking forward to experiencing history in the making," Lopez says. "It is with great pride that we embark on this amazing and very personal mission to discover and celebrate the most captivating talent the world has ever seen."

Lopez and Anthony are executive producing "¡Q'Viva!" with "Idol" creator Simon Fuller (through his XIX Entertainment) and Jamie King, a concert director who's overseen stage shows for Lopez, Madonna, Rihanna and others.
