Jennifer Lopez nip slip did NOT happen, Cameron Diaz insists

jennifer-lopez-cameron-diaz-oscars-2012-gi.jpg Cameron Diaz is absolutely certain Jennifer Lopez did not accidentally flash the world when she was on stage at the Oscars.

Diaz was standing next to Lopez as they presented the Academy Award for costume design, and she is positive that this is much ado about nothing.

"There was nothing showing," Diaz tells Zap2it.  "It was a shadow. She had tape on her dress."

Diaz refers to the red carpet actresses' best friend - double-sided tape that holds plunging necklines in place.

"I saw the tape they put on," Diaz says. "If anything, her dress may have rolled back a little. There was nothing! I have been in that position before where I wore a dress that was slightly sheer that I did not know until I got on stage."

On last night's "American Idol" Lopez also denied that her Zuhair Murad gown gave away more than she intended. She seemed genuinely flustered when fellow Idol judge Steven Tyler teased her, and pretended to sneeze then tug at his shirt to reveal his nipple.

"There was no nipple," Lopez said on the FOX show.

What everyone saw was the edge of the tape, nothing more, Diaz insists. The uproar is from "people who have nothing better to do."
