Jenny McCarthy at 40: Still flaunting rock hard abs on Shape cover
"I get to work out about five days a week and I really change it because I would lose my mind if I did the same thing over and over again," Jenny says. "If I only have two minutes, I have a go-to workout and that is lunges, sit-ups and push- ups."
Since she still gives in to vices like deep dish pizza and chocolate milkshakes, Jenny also relies on a quick slim-down secret: soups.
Jenny tells the mag, "I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop 5 pounds quickly, I eat them for every meal for about 10 days."
