O'Connell joins the already-cast Eddie Izzard as Grandpa Munster and Mason Cook as son Eddie. [ TV Line]

The CW's new reality singing competition, "The Next: Fame is At Your Doorstep," has added two celebrity mentors - Joe Jonas and Nelly. They join the already-announced John Rich and Gloria Estefan. The four will mentor the talent the find all over the country. "The Next" premieres later this summer. [ The CW]

"Game of Thrones" hit a series high with its Season 2 finale, nabbing 4.2 million viewers, which is up nearly 8% over its Season 2 premiere and up 40% over the Season 1 finale. A&E's new series "Longmire" also premiered strong, earning 4.1 million viewers, which makes it the most-watched cable premiere ever for a scripted series. [ Nielsen]

The Walt Disney Company is announcing Tuesday (June 5) that in an effort to address childhood obesity, all products advertised on its child-centric TV stations, radio stations and websites must comply with a set of nutritional standards. Products like Capri Sun, Lunchables, candy, sugary cereal and fast food no longer make the grade. [ New York Times]
