'Jersey Shore's' Pauly D sued by ex talent agents for cut of salary
In legal documents filed Thursday (April 12) in Los Angeles, ICM claims that it stood up for him when MTV refused to compensate him after Season 1 of the show, reports THR.
No deed goes unpunished, however, and DelVecchio ultimately terminated the representation," read the docs.
ICM claims Pauly owes the company $370,000 in commissions and that the figure is likely to go up since he'll also owe them a cut of his pay for the upcoming season of the show.
The ICM complaint cites the "standard custom and practice in the entertainment industry that talent agencies are entitled to post-termination commissions on all deals they negotiate for their client."
