'Jersey Shore's' Ronnie Ortiz-Magro snags assault complaint

jersey-shore-getty-cast.jpgThings are heating up on the "set" of "Jersey Shore" Season 6. Deena Nicole Cortese has already been arrested for disorderly conduct after cops found her drunkenly dancing on cars and the whole gang was involved in a signature "Jersey Shore" bar brawl. Great TV -- but now a patron who was affected by the fight is accusing Ronnie Ortiz-Magro of assault.

According to the Star-Ledger, Justin Viterito plans not only to sue Ronnie, but MV and parent company Viacom. Viterito claims he was injured in a June 9 bar fight at Seaside Heights club Bamboo.

In the fight, Jenni "JWOWW" Farley also sustained a foot injury.

This isn't the first time the "Shore" gang has tangled in Bamboo. TMZ reports that Pauly D DelVecchio was sued over a fight that happened there in 2009 and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola got in an infamous hair-pulling fight there in summer 2011.
