It's quite a new year for "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Pollizi. MTV dropped her in a ball on New Year's Eve, her novel, "A Shore Thing," was released Tuesday (Jan. 3), her show returns to MTV on Thursday and on Wednesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," she has an important message for her young fans.
Of course, we all know that Snooki loves a raging party. She tells Ellen DeGeneres that even though she may wake up in a trash can some mornings and not remember how she got there, she still believes a drunken blackout is the sign of a good night.
Later, Ellen saves Snooks from delivering a mixed message. When the new novelist says she toned down the swearing in her book for her young fans, Ellen pointed out that drunken blackouts aren't a good example either.
"Well, I don't want to be a role model," she replies.
To which Ellen says, "Oh, I see. That's a good disclaimer." Hear that kids?
