jessica-brown-findlay-topless-scene-regret.jpg Jessica Brown Findlay left "Downton Abbey" last year, after playing youngest Crawley daughter Lady Sybil for three seasons. She has moved on to U.K. Channel 4 series "Labyrinth," where she has been shedding her clothes on camera.

Findlay tells the Radio Times that she probably won't be doing any more nude scenes -- and that she regrets her first role, which had her going topless as well. Her first movie role was in the 2011 film "Albatross," where she played a girl who has an affair with an older man.

"To be honest, 'Albatross' was naivety and not knowing that I could say no," Findlay tells the Radio Times, about her nude scene. "I had no idea what was going to happen and thought I was going to be shot from behind."

Findlay is again shedding her clothes for "Labyrinth," but says that's probably it for her. And she advises that if you're going to be naked, be natural about it.

"If you're going to do a nude scene, be honest and natural. Otherwise I'd be starving myself for ever, which I just couldn't do! The idea that actresses would work out at the gym for a thousand hours before hand ... I was drinking pints and eating burgers. But actually, it's not something I would do again," says Findlay.

Findlay also says that she chose to leave "Downton" because of what unknown adventures might lie ahead.

"Being afraid and going into the unknown excites me and what scared me more was to keep going and then one day discover it was all I could do and wish I had pushed myself more. I'd prefer to fail and fall flat on my face," says Findlay.

One thing is for sure -- we miss you on "Downton," Lady Sybil.
