Jon Gosselin fires gun at trespassing photographer after waiter job reveal
Jon Gosselin isn't taking kindly to paparazzi. The reality star-turned-waiter fired a warning shot at a female photographer who followed him down a dirt road towards the Pennsylvania cabin he's been staying in.
TMZ has a photo of Gosselin with the gun, and also a confession from him that he pulled the trigger. The paparazza, who followed Gosselin home from his job waiting tables at Black Dog restaurant, says she followed him from the main road onto a dirt one but thought it was a public road, not private property.
Once she started taking photographs of him, Gosselin lashed out at the woman for trespassing and then pulled a gun out from his pants and fired it as a warning. Gosselin reportedly followed her with the weapon until she got back on the main road.
"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot away from the paparazza," Jon tells TMZ. "It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
The photographer says she plans to file a police report about the incident.
