Josh Groban takes top Billboard spot from Justin Bieber with 'All That Echoes'
Move over Justin Bieber, because Josh Groban is top dog now. This week's Billboard 200 has been released and shows that Groban's new album, "All That Echoes," has debuted as the top record.
He beat out Bieber, who previously had been at No. 1 thanks to "Believe Acoustic" but has now dropped to No. 6. At No. 2 is Tim McGraw's "Two Lanes of Freedom," at No. 3 is "Now 45," at No. 4 is Mumford & Sons' "Babel" and at No. 5 is Andrea Bocelli's "Passione."
This is Groban's third No. 1 album. In 2003, "Closer" hit the top of the charts and "Noel" followed it in 2007. His album before "All That Echoes," "Illuminations," peaked on the chart at No. 4 in 2010.
"Woke up to this insanely happy news!! My first # 1 debut. THANK YOU for showing your love for this album!! #grateful" Groban tweeted about the Billboard 200 news.
