Justin Bieber features Matt Lauer on song about Mariah Yeater

matt-lauer-justin-bieber.jpg Matt Lauer probably didn't expect to be featured on a pop heartthrob's album at this point in his career, but if we've learned anything from Justin Bieber, it's to never say never. Beliebers can hear snippets of an interview that Lauer conducted with Bieber on his new song, "Maria," from his just-released album "Believe."

The song, which was clearly written about Mariah Yeater's bogus paternity suit against Bieber, begins with Lauer asking Bieber, "Do you know this woman?" from an interview that took place last November.

"Never met the woman," says Bieber, to which Lauer replies, "Obviously this is what comes along with life in the fast lane as they say." Cue the auto-tune, naturally.

The song includes the lyrics: "Now she's in the magazines, on TV, making a scene / Oh she's crazy, crazy in love / And she's all over the news, saying everything but the truth! / She's faking, faking it all." In a clear homage to Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean," the lyric "That ain't my baby / That ain't my girl" repeats.
