Justin Bieber investigated for battery following shirtless return from Poland
Justin Bieber has barely been home for a day and he's already been reported to the police. It's being reported that Bieber is being investigated for battery after getting into a verbal altercation with a neighbor.
TMZ confirms that Bieber was indeed in his Calabasas, Calif. home the morning of March 26 after taking a flight home from Poland. Bieber allegedly got into a fight with a male neighbor just after 9 a.m. and "made physical contact with him." The neighbor has filed a battery report that claims Bieber also threatened him.
Sources close to Bieber claim that there was an argument but that Bieber did not touch the man. The argument reportedly began when the neighbor started "screaming" at Bieber over the fact there were parties at his home while he was overseas.
Speaking of being overseas, Bieber continued his shirtless trend in the airport in Lodz, Poland. As pictures over at E! News show, Bieber was walking around the airport with his shirt off and his underwear sticking out by at least several inches. He was returning to the United States after performing in Lodz on March 25. He will continue his "Believe" tour in countries like Germany and Russia.
