Justin Bieber not at fault for paparazzi hit-and-run - Photographer to blame

Justin Bieber might have hit a paparazzo while leaving the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles earlier this week, but police have deemed that he is not at fault in the situation. After an investigation, it was determined that the photographer is the one to blame for his injury because he was standing in the road when Bieber hit him.

As can be seen in the above TMZ video, paparazzi swarmed Bieber when he and friend Lil Twist were leaving the Laugh Factory in Bieber's Ferrari. Even though Bieber and his security tried to motion the photographers out of the pop star's car's way, many stayed close to try to get better photos and videos of Bieber.

Bieber seemed to have some trouble getting out of the tight space, and clipped a photographer standing in front of him before he drove away. The photographer claimed it was a hit-and-run because Bieber zoomed off without checking to see if the man was okay, but Bieber tells police that he didn't realize he had hit anyone before he left. Police tell TMZ that the photographer wasn't seriously injured.
