Justin Bieber sued by bodyguard Moshe Benabou, alleging assault and battery

Moshe Benabou is the bodyguard in question, a former member of the Israeli army. He is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery and over $420,000 in unpaid overtime.

Bieber's camp tells TMZ that Benabou is simply a disgruntled former employee looking for money. The claim is "absurd" and they maintain that Benabou was fired for telling Bieber multiple lies.

Benabou is the bodyguard who got into a scuffle with a paparazzo a year ago at Los Angeles International Airport. Benabou landed a pretty good punch on said photographer while another paparazzo was restraining him.
