Justin Bieber takes back 'worst birthday' claim: 'I was just mad in the moment'
Justin Bieber had a bad birthday, but even he admits that it could have been a lot worse. The 19-year-old Canadian pop star has finally clarified his "worst birthday" tweet, setting the record straight on a few rumors that have been reported.
"The funny moment when people believe I brought underage people to a club.. U think Will is letting his 14 year old in a club, I don't think so," Bieber wrote on his Instagram, referencing the rumor that he was upset because Jaden Smith wasn't admitted to London's Cirque Du Soir club.
He continued, "2nd I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn't stay at their weak a** club so they wouldn't look bad for me walking in and right back out..i said m 'worst bday' but that was due to dummies pushing over my fans and being overly aggressive. Btw it wasn't the worst bday cuz all my friends from back home flew in I was just mad in the moment."
Cirque Du Soir did manage to respond to Bieber's "worst birthday" tweet before he did, apologizing to the star for his bad day but saying that their "hands are tied" in regards to admitting underage people.
