With "The 20/20 Experience" looking to debut to sales nearing 1 million copies, the question is when will Justin Timberlake go on the road to support the album? He's already going on an outdoor stadium tour with Jay-Z this summer, with 12 stops across the United States and Canada. What about a solo tour for Justin, though?
According to his manager, Johnny Wright, that's in the works as well. In an interview with Billboard, Wright says, "Probably he'll go out sometime in the Fall." Cities for the tour haven't been selected yet, but Wright believes North America will get the first leg of shows. He says to expect an official announcement sometimes in April or May.
As for the stadium tour, dubbed "Legends of the Summer," Wright can't reveal too many details, but says ticket sales are better than anyone hoped for. "There's a bunch of them up that are already sold out," he says, even though the first date isn't until July. While preparations for the tour are just getting underway now, Wright promises the show will be spectacular. "All I can say is it's two of the biggest superstars in the world, and they're gonna bring something that is going to be very special to the stage," he says.
