Justin Timberlake's new song 'Take You Down' leaks online ... or not [Updated]

justin-timberlake-social-network-getty.jpg UPDATE Jan. 3: Timberlake's reps say that's not him singing on the track, but rather a Danish artist named Rasmus Thude.

"Justin has no involvement with either the song or the artist but wants to assure his fans that when he releases new music, they will be the first to know," his rep tells EW.

The original post is below.

Fans of Justin Timberlake's music haven't had much to listen to lately -- his last album, after all, came out more than four years ago.

And while he has said repeatedly of late that he's not working on a new album now or in the immediate future, he hasn't left music behind. Case in point: A new track called "Take You Down" that leaked online a couple days ago.

MTV News reports that Timberlake collaborated with the Neptunes on the song, a not-at-all-subtle come-on to a woman he meets out at the club. (Sample lyric: So it's me and you, my place, sexiness all day/I'ma do whatever you like, if you cater to me all night, girl.")
