When you get engaged after dating for only three months, there's bound to be some questions. For "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting though, she just knew.
The actress appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman" Monday (Feb. 24) and talked to the host about her speedy relationship. "We met on a blind date," she reveals. She and now-husband Ryan Sweeting, a pro tennis player, were set up by a friend they have in common.
They decided to meet after Sweeting was done with the World Tennis Tour. "His last stop, he was done in Sacramento and he was going to head back to Florida, but he came to L.A. for a blind date and he never left" she reveals. "We texted a little bit, dinner was great, then he moved in the next day."
Even Cuoco-Sweeting knows what people might think about that. "It sounds so slutty, but it wasn't," she jokes. She says Sweeting still maintains he had no idea who she was before they met, having never seen her show.
After getting married on New Years Eve, the newlyweds are still going strong and couldn't be any happier.
