Kanye West, 'Saturday Night Live' diss and make up

kanye-west-jeremy-scott-show-gi-320.jpg Kanye West and "Saturday Night Live" have settled their beef ... for now.

Although the sketch comedy show had once poked fun at West, causing him to insult 'SNL' in lyrics to his song "Power," he'll return as a musical guest, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In "Power," he writes: "F*** 'SNL' and the whole cast / Tell 'em Yeezy said they can kiss my whole a**."

"Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston will be hosting the Oct. 2 episode in which West will appear.

We'd love to see if West would perform "Power" on "SNL," lyrics intact. Barring that, then maybe he can do "Runaway" sans ballet dancers.

"SNL" kicks off Saturday, Sept. 25 with Amy Poehler as host and Katy Perry as musical guest. Other names announced for the new season: Jane Lynch, Bruno Mars, Emma Stone and Jon Hamm.
