The war between celebrity parents Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin continues. Now, Kate is suing the father of her eight children, saying that Jon stole her hard drive, got information off her phone and hacked her computer in order to get material for a tell-all book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World."

Filed on Monday (Aug. 26) in a federal court in Philadelphia, Kate's lawsuit makes these allegations against the book written by a friend of Jon's, Robert Hoffman. "How She Fooled the World" has also been pulled from Amazon because of the allegations.

Jon and Kate Gosselin first gained fame (and later notoriety) as the parents of sextuplets and twins on the TLC reality show, "Jon & Kate Plus 8." The couple split in 2009 and soon filed for divorce. Although Kate Gosselin briefly continued the show as "Kate Plus 8," the divorce ugliness brought about the end of the series.

As reported by People.com, neither party offered comment on the initial filing.
