There have been some enterprising photographers snapping pictures of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge's growing belly, but now the new Royal mom-to-be is officially stepping out and showing off her small baby bump (picture below).

"Today" reports that the four-and-a-half-month pregnant Duchess has returned to her charity work after taking a Caribbean vacation with husband Prince William, though doctors do caution her to stay relaxed so that she doesn't have another bout of the acute morning sickness that hospitalized her in the early months of the pregnancy.

This is the first time Kate has officially appeared in public since Christmas. Tuesday (Feb. 19) she visited a women's rehabilitation center, one of her official Royal charities.

"Today" also reports that Prince William is considering leaving the Royal Air Force, since he is the future King of England and now also about to be a father.
