Prince William's criminal filing in the case of nude photos of his wife Kate Middleton, published recently in several magazines and circulated online, may have just gotten some legs. The Mirror reports the name of the photographer who snapped around 200 photos of the couple sunbathing -- Kate, in various stages of undress -- has been turned over to authorities in Paris.
A source tells the magazine, "William and Kate are determined to bring the person who took those photos to justice, and they're pushing hard for a custodial sentence. They want to make an example of this person."
Closer, the magazine that first published the nude photos of Kate confirms they hired a male photographer to survey the royal couple, but they refuse to reveal his identity. The royals filed a criminal complaint over the photos, which were taken as the couple vacationed on private property. The man could face jail time and a hefty fine if convicted of a crime.
