Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is going to christen the Royal Princess, which is the newest addition to the Princess Cruises fleet of ships. The ship can hold 3600 passengers and boasts a gorgeous atrium (pictured below), the company's largest top deck pool ever (with a water and light show), a Movies Under the Stars screen and a SeaWalkSM that gives passengers views straight down into the ocean via a glass-bottom walkway.

"It is a great honor for Princess Cruises that Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge has accepted our invitation to become the Godmother to Royal Princess," says Princess Cruises CEO Alan Buckelew in a statement.

The ceremony with Kate is scheduled for June 13 in Southampton, England, when the ship will depart on a seven-day Iberian peninsula cruise.
