Kathryn Erbe returns to 'Law & Order: SVU' in May

Executive producer Warren Leight tells TV Line that Erbe's Alexandra Eames will be around to help out Fin Tutuola (Ice-T) when someone related to his past as a narcotics officer pops up and starts making trouble for him.

This is Erbe's second appearance on "SVU" this season. She was previously in the episode titled "Acceptable Loss," where her character was working on a joint New York City-Federal Homeland Security Task Force that took the "SVU" team off a sex trafficking case because it had terrorism ties.

There aren't many details about Eames' return in the May 8 episode, but Leight says the idea for the episode originated with Ice-T and that what happens is "so big, [Alexandra] is called in." The EP also teases that rapper 2 Chainz will be in the episode as someone from Fin's past -- "There's a lot of bad blood from Fin's past involved in it."
