Katy Perry and John Mayer duet debuts: Listen to 'Who You Love'

katy-perry-john-mayer-who-you-love-duet-gi.jpgIt hasn't been the easiest of roads for Katy Perry and John Mayer, but the on-again couple is celebrating the rocky path they've traipsed together on a new duet called "Who You Love," which Perry debuted on Monday (Aug 12).

The country-tinged mid-tempo track made its world premiere on "The Morning Mash Up" radio show on SiriusXM Hits 1. Though Perry brought the track to the show, the song will actually be featured on Mayer's upcoming sixth studio album, "Paradise Valley," due Aug. 20.

Towards the end of the song, Perry lets out an precious little laugh, prompting host Nicole Biggins to ask, "Did he tickle you or did you mess up?"

"I think that's just a love giggle," Perry explains. "It's like the ones that Mariah Carey had in 1990 and stuff like that ... Yeah I think I was going for that, I think I was just so happy, I love that song...

"It's very humanizing," she adds about the chuckle. "It's like the real moment, you're catching the real moment there."
